Ingredientes

  • 2 Large eggs or possibly 4 yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine and cook in double boiler over water that is warm, but not boiling and not deep sufficient to touch bottom of inset pan. Stir constantly till sauce coats the spoon or possibly begins to thicken slightly. Remove from warm water and set pan immediately in cool water. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla, stir again and refrigeratetill ready to use. Very good over angel food cake.
