Ingredientes

  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk
  • 6 slightly beaten Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Put brown sugar in bottom of 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and vanilla. Pour over sugar but don't stir. Set dish of custard in pan of hot water and bake at 375 degrees for about one hour or possibly till mix does not stick to knife. Cold slightly and then invert onto serving platter.
