Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef, or possibly turkey
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • Dash of pepper and salt
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Direcciones

  1. Mix beef, 1/2 the lowfat milk and seasoning in a bowl. Shape into oblong patties 1/2 inch thick. Dip into flour. Brown in oil in skillet. Drain off fat. Dilute soup with other 1/2 of lowfat milk and pour over patties. Cover and simmer 10 min.
