Receta Cutlets In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef, or possibly turkey
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Dash of pepper and salt
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Direcciones
- Mix beef, 1/2 the lowfat milk and seasoning in a bowl. Shape into oblong patties 1/2 inch thick. Dip into flour. Brown in oil in skillet. Drain off fat. Dilute soup with other 1/2 of lowfat milk and pour over patties. Cover and simmer 10 min.
