Dark Chocolate Fudge (About 2 Pounds)

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • Dash salt
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, heat chips with condensed lowfat milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in walnuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
