Ingredientes

  • 1 c. beer (set aside till uncarbonated)
  • 3 rolls Kraft Nippy Sharp cheese
  • 1 sm. wedge Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 grated onion
  • Juice of 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix the following ingredients till cheese is softened and smooth (heating will make smoother) :
  2. Beat in beer a little at a time. Allow to cool. Order 1 lb round loaf dark rye at a bakery. Cut off top and remove inside to create a bowl of loaf. Cut into chunks to dip. Pour cheese mix into bread bowl.
