Receta Dark Rye Bread & Beer Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 c. beer (set aside till uncarbonated)
- 3 rolls Kraft Nippy Sharp cheese
- 1 sm. wedge Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 grated onion
- Juice of 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T butter
Direcciones
- Mix the following ingredients till cheese is softened and smooth (heating will make smoother) :
- Beat in beer a little at a time. Allow to cool. Order 1 lb round loaf dark rye at a bakery. Cut off top and remove inside to create a bowl of loaf. Cut into chunks to dip. Pour cheese mix into bread bowl.
