%20lazy%20days,%20it%20was%20time%20for%20a%20day%20of%20work.%20This%20Sunday%20was%20all%20about%20getting%20things%20done.%20I%20-%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eput%20away%20two%20loads%20of%20laundry%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edid%20some%20dishes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eran%20some%20errands%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eorganized%20my%20school%20binder%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emade%20all%20of%20my%20note%20cards%20from%20last%20week%E2%80%99s%20notes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edid%20a%20case%20study%20for%20clinical%20practice%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emade%20a%20delicious%20dinner%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBreakfast%20was%20worth%20a%20thumbs%20up%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20stirred%20a%20Liberte%20Coconut%20Yogurt%20into%20a%20big%20scoop%20of%201%25%20large%20curd%20cottage%20cheese,%20topped%20with%20shredded%20sweetened%20coconut.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20coconut%20flavor%20was%20nice,%20but%20the%20resulting%20texture%20was%20mind-blowing.%20Too%20creamy%20for%20words.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20between%20errands%20and%20school%20work%20was%20lunch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20picked%20up%20a%20grab%20bag-style%20to-go%20container%20from%20the%20Co-op.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20salad%20of%20yam,%20corn,%20and%20black%20beans;%20cilantro%20tofu;%20peanut%20tofu%20with%20lots%20of%20broccoli;%20and%20a%20little%20bit%20of%20vegan%20pasta%20salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20took%20Webster%20with%20us%20on%20our%20walking%20errands%20and%20his%20little%20sweater%20was%20so%20becoming!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHe%E2%80%99s%20still%20not%20100%25%20down%20with%20snow,%20and%20shivers%20like%20a%20total%20wimp.%20%20I%20tease%20him%20mercilessly,%20telling%20him%20that%20his%20ancestors%20in%20Germany%20only%20used%20to%20hunt%20badgers%20in%20a%20climate-controlled%20living%20room.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20we%20were%20out%20I%20found%20a%20new%20M&M%20variety%20%E2%80%93%20Dark%20Chocolate%20Mint!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDelish.%20%20These%20had%20just%20the%20right%20level%20of%20chill%20to%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESometime%20between%20the%20lunch%20and%20dinner%20hours%20we%20had%20salads.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERomaine%20with%20chopped%20cucumbers%20and%20a%20dressing%20made%20of%20the%20remains%20of%20the%20yogurt%20Caesar%20shaken%20with%20evoo%20and%20cider%20vinegar.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20a%20real%20winner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20much%20yum!%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20tell%20the%20husband%20that%20there%20was%20plain%20Greek%20yogurt%20(which%20he%20thinks%20he%20hates)%20in%20the%20pasta%20and%20I%20didn%E2%80%99t%20hear%20any%20complaints.%20I%20think%20pasta%20with%20peas%20and%20cheese%20might%20be%20our%20favorite%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20got%20to%20get%20back%20to%20work;%20I%E2%80%99m%20going%20to%20hit%20with%20week%20with%20running%20start!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhich%20flavors%20of%20M&M%E2%80%99s%20have%20you%20gotten%20to%20try?%20%20I%20think%20I%E2%80%99ve%20had%20them%20all%20%E2%80%93%20regular,%20peanut,%20almond,%20peanut%20butter,%20dark%20chocolate,%20pretzel,%20cinnamon,%20and%20coconut%20%E2%80%93%20the%20only%20flavor%20I%20missed%20with%20strawberry%20pb%20which%20I%20never%20found%20despite%20hours%20of%20searching!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
