Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 slc white bread cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Precook sausage and drain. Set aside. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt, and mustard together. Add in cubed bread and stir. Add in cheese and sausage. Pour mix into a greased 9- by 13- by 2-inch pan and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 min, uncovered. Cut into squares.
  3. This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
  4. Variations: Add in sourdough bread in place of white bread. Add in ham and/or possibly mushrooms.
