Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1 tsp Aniseed
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lb Shelled walnut halves

  3. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  4. In a saute/fry pan over medium heat, heat the oil.
  5. Add in the spices and stir for 2 min to toast.
  6. Remove from heat, add in the walnuts, and toss till the nuts are thoroughly coated.
  7. Arrange the walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 15 min, or possibly till the nuts are a deep gold, turning once.
