Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 tsp Aniseed
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lb Shelled walnut halves

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- 2. In a saute/fry pan over medium heat, heat the oil.
- 3. Add in the spices and stir for 2 min to toast.
- 4. Remove from heat, add in the walnuts, and toss till the nuts are thoroughly coated.
- 5. Arrange the walnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 15 min, or possibly till the nuts are a deep gold, turning once.
