Ingredientes

  • 1 box corn muffin mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1 can (15 ounce) creamed corn
  • 1 can (15 ounce) whole kernal corn, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with vegetable non-stick spray.
  2. Mix all ingredietns together and pour into the casserole. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till brown.
