Ingredientes
- 1 box corn muffin mix
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 can (15 ounce) creamed corn
- 1 can (15 ounce) whole kernal corn, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with vegetable non-stick spray.
- Mix all ingredietns together and pour into the casserole. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till brown.
