Thank you Heidi N. for sharing recipe and for your helpful hints in your writeup!...namely using chocolate chips and the right time to take out of oven. I did variations: used "Hershey's Special Dark Baking Cocoa", I "softened" the unsalted butter, used "granulated sugar", omitted "vanilla bean", used "fat free milk" and added "1 tbsp. espresso" to the milk, used "half and half" in place of heavy cream, added "1 cup chocolate chips".
