- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute/fry grnd chuck, minced onions, minced green peppers in heavy skillet till there is no red in meat and vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Set aside 1 Tbsp. oil. Saute/fry sliced mushrooms, pepper rings till slightly tender; set aside.
- Cover crust with sauce. Add in meat. Top with mushrooms, pepper rings, minced olives if you like. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, grated. Bake 15-20 min or possibly till crust is golden. Don't burn the cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
- VEGETARIAN DEEP DISH PIZZA: Use 1 1/2 c. Vegetarian Burger or possibly Redi-burger or possibly other meat analogues. Sauce: 1 can pizza sauce. Cheese: 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese.
