Ingredientes
- Deep Fried Cheese Curds~
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 T oil
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup flour
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- Heat 3-4 inches of oil
- In a deep, heavy-duty
- Cast iron skillet
- Until 375 degrees
- In a medium bowl
- Combine egg, 1 T oil and beer
- Whisk together
- Stir together flour, sugar,
- Salt and baking powder
- Add to egg/beer mixture
- Mix until smooth
- Drop cheese curds into batter
- Using a fork, toss to coat
- Drop a few curds at a time into hot oil
