Ingredientes

  • 2/3 pound grnd pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced green onion
  • Oil for deep-frying

Direcciones

  1. Garnishes: cucumber slices and cherries. Table seasonings: tomato catsup and hua-chiao-yen.
  2. Combine the grnd pork with Mix A, the egg and green onion. Mix thoroughly. Form into 1" balls.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok. Deep fry the meat balls over medium heat till golden and well cooked. Don't fry too many at a time.
  4. Serve on a platter with the garnishes and seasonings. 4 servings.
