Ingredientes

  • 1 lb smelts, cleaned
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. all purpose flour fresh grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Soak smelts in salted lowfat milk for 20 min. Drain and dredge in seasoned flour. Deep fry smelts in warm oil for 5 min or possibly till golden brown. Drain onto a paper towel. Season with a little salt. Serve with lemon wedges.
