Ingredientes

  • 4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 13 ounce can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 13 ounce jar marshmallow creme
  • 12 ounce jar plus 2 T peanut butter (you may use chunky if you so desire)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Put together sugar, butter and evaporated lowfat milk in a saucepan. Bring to ab oil. Cook for 20 or possibly 25 min at a rolling boil. YOU MUST STIR CONSTANTLY. Watch carefully so it does not burn.After 25 min, remove from heat and add in remaining ingredients. Beat till fudge thickens. Pour into two 8 inch pans or possibly 10 inch x 6 inch pan greased well with butter. About 5 lb.
  2. NOTE: If you make only half of amount of ingredients, cook fudge only half the amount of time.
