Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c. margarine or possibly butter, softened
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 can apple pie filling, (20 ounce.)
  • 1/2 c. pecans or possibly walnuts, minced
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine, and one egg. Blend at low speed till crumbly. Press into ungreased pan
  2. (9x13). Spread pie filling on top. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts. Sprinkle over the apples. In a small bowl, blend the lowfat sour cream, one egg, and vanilla. Pour over sugar and apples. Bake for 30-40 min, or possibly till topping is slightly golden brown. Serve hot or possibly cold; chill leftovers.
  3. TIP: To use fresh apples, combine 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar with 2 Tbsp. cornstarch. Stir in 1 c. water and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; add in 4 c. thinly sliced apples. Heat to boiling; simmer 5 min.
  4. Substitute apples for pie filling.
  5. Makes 12 servings.
