Devasting Chocolate Fudge Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 T light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 (9") pie shell, unbaked

Direcciones

  1. In microwave heat butter and chocolate, for approximately 4 min, stirring every minute, till melted and blended; allow to cool slightly.Beat large eggs; blend in syrup, salt, sugar and extracts. Add in chocolate mix; blend well.
  2. Pour mix into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 min, reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 30 min or possibly till, when shaken, pie is almost, but not quite, hard. Serve cooled, with whipped cream.
  3. Doubling this recipe fills 1 glass 10" pie plate. Cook about 20 min longer if doubled.
