Ingredientes

  • 2 lb walleye fillets Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 c. corn starch
  • 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal Peanut oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. Place fish in a large bowl, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add in mustard in with fish, and stir till fish pcs are well coated. Allow to stand 30 min.
  2. Blend all dry ingredients. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Dredge fish in flour mix, and fry till fish flakes easily with a fork.
