Receta Devil's Fork Walleye

Ingredientes
- 2 lb walleye fillets Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. corn starch
- 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal Peanut oil for frying
Direcciones
- Place fish in a large bowl, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add in mustard in with fish, and stir till fish pcs are well coated. Allow to stand 30 min.
- Blend all dry ingredients. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Dredge fish in flour mix, and fry till fish flakes easily with a fork.
