Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Crab meat -- canned
  • 2 x Hard-boiled Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine -- melted
  • 2 x Large eggs -- separated
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 dsh Cayenne pepper -- to taste Soft bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Drain crab; remove any cartilage.
  2. Chop hard-cooked egg whites; mash egg yolks. Combine mashed yolks with margarine, 1/4 c. boiling water, salt, mustard, vinegar and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Stir in crab and minced egg whites.
  3. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form; fold into crab mix.
  4. Place in greased shells or possibly ramekins; cover with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven till hard and crumbs are brown.
