Receta Deviled Crab Ramekins

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Crab meat -- canned
- 2 x Hard-boiled Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine -- melted
- 2 x Large eggs -- separated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper -- to taste Soft bread crumbs
Direcciones
- 1. Drain crab; remove any cartilage.
- 2. Chop hard-cooked egg whites; mash egg yolks. Combine mashed yolks with margarine, 1/4 c. boiling water, salt, mustard, vinegar and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Stir in crab and minced egg whites.
- 3. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form; fold into crab mix.
- 4. Place in greased shells or possibly ramekins; cover with bread crumbs. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven till hard and crumbs are brown.
