Ingredientes

  • 1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. pimento
  • 4 hard boiled cooked large eggs, minced

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle gelatin on water to soften. Place over low heat till dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and cayenne pepper; cool. Stir in mayonnaise. Mix in remaining ingredients; put into 3 cups mold and refrigerate till hard.
