Receta Deviled Egg Mold

Ingredientes
- 1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 4 hard boiled cooked large eggs, minced
Direcciones
- Sprinkle gelatin on water to soften. Place over low heat till dissolved. Remove from heat. Add in salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and cayenne pepper; cool. Stir in mayonnaise. Mix in remaining ingredients; put into 3 cups mold and refrigerate till hard.
