Ingredientes

  • 6 large eggs deviled with 2 teaspoon prepared mustard 3 T lowfat sour cream Salt to taste
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. pimentos
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, heat butter and saute green pepper and onion till tender. Blend pimentos, cream of mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream with the sauteed onion and pepper. Place 1/2 of cream of mushroom mix in a 1 1/2 qt shallow dish.Arrange deviled large eggs in a single layer and top with remaining soup mix. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. Can make ahead and chill. Serves 6.
