Deviled Eggs With Pasta Salad

Ingredientes

  • 9 hard cooked large eggs
  • 2 T minced chives
  • 1 T prepared mustard
  • 9 stuffed olives, chopped
  • Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce spinach noodles, cooked, liquid removed
  • 4 scallions, trimmed and sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 6 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Cut large eggs in half. Remove yolks and place into a bowl; reserve whites. Mash yolks and mix with chives, mustard, olives and sufficient mayonnaise to make a thick, creamy mix. Stuff mix into reserved egg whites; refrigerate 1 hour.In a separate bowl, mix noodles, scallions, carrots and dressing. Refrigerate.
  2. When ready to serve, place a portion of pasta salad on plates and top each with 3 egg halves. Garnish with sliced tomatoes. Serves 6.
