Ingredientes

  • 12 x Hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 c. Minced salted almonds

Direcciones

  1. Cut Large eggs in half and scoop out yolks. Mash with mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream; add in salt and mustard and blend well. Taste for seasonings; add in more if too bland; you may want to add in a dash of cayenne pepper. Refill egg whites and sprinkle with minced almonds.
  2. Yield: 12 servings
