Receta Deviled Steak Strips

- Trim any fat from meat. Cut meat into thin strips, about 2 inches long.
- Coat with flour. In skillet, brown meat, onion & garlic in warm shortening.
- Stir in 1 c. of the water; add in tomato sauce, vinegar, horseradish, mustard, salt & pepper. Cover & simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add in remaining 1/2 c. water, scrape browned bits from pan. Heat through. Serve on noodles or possibly rice.
