Ingredientes

  • 25 gm Butter
  • 75 gm Mushrooms
  • 1 dsh White wine
  • 2 fl ounce Double cream
  • 2 x Spring onion tops, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
  • 1 slc White bread, toasted

Direcciones

  1. 1 Heat the butter in a medium frying pan. Add in the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 min.
  2. 2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Add in the cream, spring onions and dill. Serve on the warm toast.
