Receta Devilled Mushrooms On Toast

Ingredientes
- 25 gm Butter
- 75 gm Mushrooms
- 1 dsh White wine
- 2 fl ounce Double cream
- 2 x Spring onion tops, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
- 1 slc White bread, toasted
Direcciones
- 1 Heat the butter in a medium frying pan. Add in the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 min.
- 2 Pour over the white wine and allow to reduce slightly. Add in the cream, spring onions and dill. Serve on the warm toast.
