- Cook rices according to package directions; drain, set aside, and keep hot.
- Lightly spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add in margarine and heat over medium heat. Add in onions, celery, and bell pepper. Saute/fry, stirring often, till vegetables are tender. Stir in parsley, sage, salt (if using), and thyme.
- Add in the cooked rices and continue to cook, stirring gently, till warm. Transfer mix to a large serving bowl. Serve at once.
