Receta Diabetic Chicken Breast With Orange Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 teaspoon unsaturated butter
- 1 tbsp. orange rind, grated
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 orange, sliced
Direcciones
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and paprika; brown lightly in butter. Add in orange juice, rind and tarragon. Bake, covered in 325 degree oven for 30 min. Remove chicken and cook sauce over high heat to reduce volume. Serve over chicken and/or possibly steamed rice. Garnish with orange slices.
