Receta Diabetic Chocolate Cake

- Cake
- 1 1/2 c. cake flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa sweetener = to 2 Tblsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. egg substitute Frosting
- 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese Sweet One sweetener whole walnuts -- optional
Direcciones
- Combine cake flour, cocoa, Sweetener, soda and salt in bowl; mix well. Fold in water, white vinegar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and egg substitute.
- Beatto mix. Pour into 9" square greased baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 min. The frosting is nothing more than a thin layer of fat-free cream cheese which has been mixed with a little sweetener. May put a whole walnut on each piece.
