Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Carrots Cut In 2" Sticks
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable broth Chicken Flavor
  • 1 1/2 c. Zucchini Cut In 2" Sticks
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Direcciones

  1. Combine carrots and broth in saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add in zucchini and cook an additional 5 minutes or possibly till veggeis are just tender. Add in more broth, if necessary, to keep from burning.
  2. Stir vinegar, honey and mustard into vegetables. Cook for a few min over medium heat till liquid cooks off.
  3. Yield: 4 servings
