Ingredientes

  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. canola oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add in the buttermilk and oil and stir just sufficient to moisten the dry ingredients.
  2. Drop tablespoonfulls of batter onto a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 15 min. Serve warm.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  4. Serving size: 1 biscuit.
