Ingredientes

  • 1 c. light mayonaise
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients till well combined. Serve, or possibly cover and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  2. This recipe yields 12 servings.

  4. Comments: Cook up some cleaned fresh asparagus spears a few min in the microwave, then refrigeratethem till ready to dip. You might also want to dollop this sparingly on your grilled fish or possibly chicken
