  • 1 whl egg
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 c. rye flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 1/2 tsp caraway seed
  • 3 tsp yeast

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
  2. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
  3. Comments: You may want to reduce or possibly eliminate the salt from the recipe. The pickle brine should provide all you need.
