Ingredients: 3/4 c. water; 1 c. dill pickle brine; 1 whl egg; 2 Tbsp. shortening; 3 c. bread flour; 1 1/2 c. rye flour; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1 Tbsp. dill weed; 1 1/2 tsp caraway seed; 3 tsp yeast

Ingredientes

3/4 c. water
1 c. dill pickle brine
1 whl egg
2 Tbsp. shortening
3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 c. rye flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. dill weed
1 1/2 tsp caraway seed
3 tsp yeast

Direcciones

Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Comments: You may want to reduce or possibly eliminate the salt from the recipe. The pickle brine should provide all you need.
Yield: 1 loaf
