Ingredientes

  • 3 med Red potatoes, scrubbed, quartered, and unpeeled
  • 1 x Hard-cooked egg, finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Fresh grnd pepper
  • 1 tsp Chopped fresh dill or possibly 1/2 tsp dry dill
  • 1/4 c. Reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
