Ingredientes
- 3 med Red potatoes, scrubbed, quartered, and unpeeled
- 1 x Hard-cooked egg, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt Fresh grnd pepper
- 1 tsp Chopped fresh dill or possibly 1/2 tsp dry dill
- 1/4 c. Reduced-fat lowfat sour cream

- Boil potatoes for about 20 min, till tender yet hard. Drain potatoes and cut into cubes when cold sufficient to handle. Peel if you like. Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Refrigeratefor 1 hour.
