Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 sm Onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. (5 ounce.) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) mushroom gravy

Direcciones

  1. In a medium bowl, combine grnd beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, horseradish and salt; mix well. Shape into 4 oval patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in beef patties and cook 6 to 7 min on each side, or possibly till no longer pink inside. Transfer to a platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep hot. Drain off all but 1 Tbsp. of the liquid from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, saute/fry mushrooms over medium heat 3 to 4 min, or possibly till tender. Add in gravy and heat 3 to 4 min, or possibly till heated through.
  4. Pour the gravy mix over the beef patties and serve.
  5. Makes 4 servings
