Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1/4 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 c. (5 ounce.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) mushroom gravy
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl, combine grnd beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, horseradish and salt; mix well. Shape into 4 oval patties about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in beef patties and cook 6 to 7 min on each side, or possibly till no longer pink inside. Transfer to a platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep hot. Drain off all but 1 Tbsp. of the liquid from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, saute/fry mushrooms over medium heat 3 to 4 min, or possibly till tender. Add in gravy and heat 3 to 4 min, or possibly till heated through.
- Pour the gravy mix over the beef patties and serve.
