  • 500 gm Wallaroo Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 kg Red Kangaroo Shank, Minced
  • 500 gm Gray Kangaroo Steak, Minced
  • 500 gm Grnd Emu Ham
  • 31 1/2 gm Tasmanian Light Red Chili
  • 31 1/2 gm Wooroorooks Chili
  • 26 1/2 gm Mount Isa Dark Red Chili
  • 140 gm Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 x White Onion, Minced
  • 1 x Brown Onion, Minced
  • 2 x Celery Stalks, Minced
  • 1 x Green Pepper, Diced
  • 2 x Garlic Cloves, Chopped
  • 740 ml Australian Beer
  • 1 can Whole Tomatoes #411
