- 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 x White Onion, Minced
- 1 x Brown Onion, Minced
- 2 x Celery Stalks, Minced
- 1 x Green Pepper, Diced
- 2 x Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 740 ml Australian Beer
- 1 can Whole Tomatoes #411
