Ingredientes

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice or 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 chorizo on longaniza sausage links, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced or equivalent amount of ajicitos dulces
  • 1 can pink beans (in juice)
  • 1/2 cup alcaparrado (pickled olive and caper salad)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon achiote (annatto) seeds
