Ingredientes

  • 450 ml Soured cream, (3/4 pint)
  • 150 gm Dolcelatte, crumbled (5z)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Mild curry paste
  • 1 x Red pepper, diced
  • 1 x 50 grams ful fat soft cheese, (2oz)
  • 1 sm Onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced mixed herbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato puree Salt and freshly grnd black pepper Vegetable crudites and sliced pitta bread To serve : vegetable crudities and sliced pitta bread.

Direcciones

  1. Divide the soured cream between 3 small bowls. To one bowl, add in the dolcelatte and lemon juice, to the second bowl, add in 2 Tbsp. mayonaise, curry paste and red pepper. To the third bowl add in the full fat soft cheese, onion, herbs and tomato puree.
  2. Add in seasoning to taste to each of the bowls and mix well. Transfer the dips to serving dishes and serve chilled with vegetable crudities and sliced pitta bread.
  3. NOTES : A delicious refreshing dip,ideal for parties, or possibly as a starter for a spicy meal.
