Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan put water and butter, bring to a boil - add in flour all at once, turn till creamy. Close burner, add in one egg at a time (blending).Preheat oven - bake 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets - drop a tsp of batter about 3 inches apart. Bake 25-30 min. Wait till cool to insert filling.
